Default Comcast cable connection and Internet Explorer issues

lately when i try to open Internet Explorer to access my email and [censored], the page opens and then nothing happens. i click on something and eventually have to just close it, as it says "the program is not responding". whats this all about? i cant even send an error report at that point, it just sits there saying "prepairing error report" or whatever forever. sometimes after i can successfully open IE, i cant even go to the desired website, as the "server is too busy". is this the connection or a problem with my computer or what? antone else have this problem?

Do you have a virus? What about spyware? Run a scan for both.

How about the Windows updates? Is your system fully patched?

Try Firefox...Do you have the same issue?

I use Mozilla but I have noticed that Comcast's front page has not been loading correctly for a few days. I didn't worry about it because I don't use that page for anything. So the moral of the story is that I think it is on their end. So you will need to talk to them.
