Won't Emeka be back no matter what, since he's just a RFA? I don't understand why more teams don't let their stars be RFAs, let them sign a max from another team, and simply match it. Cheaper than giving them the max themslves.
Anyway, I hope Felton actually learned how to shoot. He was brutal last season.

If you match a max you get 5 years.
