Default NoIQ Poker leaving iPoker for 7 days - WTF?

Quote from email:

Dear Player,
NoiQPoker will be fenced off from the iPoker network from the 29th of November until the 6th of December. This does Not included MTT and Sit n Go’s.

This means that none of our players will be able to play cash games against other iPoker skins; cash games between NoiQ players will still be possible. So NoiQ players will only be able to play against other NoiQ players for 7 days.
The reason for this is as follows:

* Some affiliates have advertised NoiQ's VIP system. This is no longer allowed according to current iPoker policy.

* Some sites containing the term RAKE are advertising NoiQPoker. Again, this is not allowed according to the latest iPoker policy.

NoiQ have failed to remove our name from all rake domains. We have done our best but it's hard to find them all.

While we have done our best to inform our affiliates of all iPoker policy changes, some affiliates continue to mention the VIP system.

What will happen:
No races, bonuses, payouts, deposit or so on will be affected by this.
Players will still have their deals and chance to win cash from our Race.
NoiQ will on the other hand be more strict against affiliates and send our more e-mails to our affiliates so everyone understand our rules.

We are extremely sorry that this effect players.

We have searched the net to find sites that mention NoiQ in a way contravening the iPoker guidelines. Such sites are almost impossible to find. Unfortunately, a problem is that some affiliates have sub affiliates with the name www.bobbobduddelyrakepoker.com and these domains are extremely difficult to detect. So please, in the future, be more careful about where your sub affiliates advertise NoiQPoker.

It is just as hard for us as it is for many of you and we are doing our very best to follow all the rules.

NoiQ will run a $50.000 race for 7 days! Additionally, we will run extra freerolls to compensate for this setback.

After the 6th of December everything will be back to normal.

looks like they violated the terms of their contract as a skin by advertising rakeback with certain affiliates? Reading comprehension is cool.
