raise turn see where hes at or raise flop...calling turn was worst play with your position.

You need to add some reads or metagame info to get valid responses here. What range of hands do you put him on? does he 3 bet light? etc That was a pretty damn small RR PF when he is OOP. Just from that I'd put him on AA/KK because something like AK would want more fold equity.
