Is 77 a decent hand to do this with? or should i be restealing more with suited Aces and connectors? Also i had a little under 20bbs here, is my stack too big to be shoving over his 3x raise? i figured that the guy limping gave me a little extra dead money. Thanks

Your stack is good for re-stealing. Actually without the antes ~10bb is good for re-steal or stop n go, with antes you can think bb as 2/3 of the starting pot so here you can consider bb as 450 so you have like 13bb. But i think 77 is not re-steal type hand. It's real hand . T9s is god of re-steal. Aces are dominated most of the time when get caught, connectors are better for re-stealing. I don't have much experience on re-stealing because there's little fold equity on small stakes but 26$ buy-in is good for re-stealing. There was a wonderful topic about re-stealing, you can search it and you can read Bond18's post about stack sizes.

But real purpose of re-stealing is finishing the hand pre-flop so it's more about situation than your hand.

If CO had called it would have been reasonable to squeeze, but with a raise from CO I am content with calling this for set value or folding.

We are not getting right implied odds to call here for set value, so it`s shove or fold situation. But folding pair of sevens to CO raise w/ 20BB stack is a crime most of the time. And I like resteal here.

I usually tighten up after theres a raise of a limp, but I like a push here.
