US Tax. specific date of payment?

Hello USA

is there a specific date when everybody must pay his taxes?
Hard to find any informations at the IRS homepage.

Generally, individuals must file their taxes by April 15th.

or do you mean w/FILE= paying the tax. i thought you mean, file the tax form.
