25 NL: What a crappy turn for an overpair
Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter Hero (UTG): $30.80 MP: $6.65 CO: $24.25 BTN: $30.05 SB: $25.85 BB: $15.25 Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG) Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, BTN calls $1, SB folds, BB calls $0.75 Flop: ($3.10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players) BB bets $1, Hero raises to $3.50, BTN folds, BB calls $2.50 Turn: ($10.10) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, Hero ???? Villain, despite being 20.2/4.3/3 over 100 hands, is something of a postflop calling station. He tanked before calling flop and an 8 is obviously a huge part of his range. I hate checking behind here because of all the draws, but he's short and betting commits me to the hand. Just get it all in and damn it all? |

Re: 25 NL: What a crappy turn for an overpair
I bet here, there are alot of draws that will pay to see the river, and it often gives us a cheap show down. Probably 5.5 on the turn

I bet here. While 8 may be in his range chances are he doesnt have it.
