Default Turned a boat, line check

Very specific question resulting from me showing this hand to some people on MSN. I'm basically interested in the turn line. I will post the last street later, but right now focus on the turn (PF and flop is dead standard).

Villain here is 38/15/2 and relatively bad. Not awful, but certainly overvalues hands a little. I later found out he was pretty agro with draws, but I hadn't seen any evidence of that at the time, which may impact here.

My logic on the turn was, he would probably call with a hand like KQ, but he may check behind if checked to as the flush got there on the turn. If he's got a flush i'll be getting his cash anyway since it's really hard for me to have a boat on this board unless I have two very specific hands.

On the other hand there's arguments for a check raise because he may be floating/overvalue a king/make some crazy value bet with TT.

Thoughts?

bet, if he has a K or a flush, he's going to stack off regardless of the turn action imo... but if he has a small pp hes going to check behind everytime whereas you might get some value out of him if you bet

i bet again, probably around $40. i think a check raise folds out too much and and a check call leaves us in a difficult position on the river especially if it comes another club
