BEAT: MAN VS NATURE

Has anyone watched this on discovery?

I just downloaded few episodes and I have now watched the first episode - total crap. I thought this could be interesting but it's clearly 80% faked. This unhuman ex navy hero runs around some desert saying how dangerous it is and how fast a normal guy would die there and he needs to make out something FAST or else...and there are no dangers to be seen! It looks like he's almost chasing something that would look dangerous in television like jumping around and doing stupid moves at dangerous cliffrock to find water and "surprisingly" the water he founds isnt running so he cant drink it and he has to pee on his towel and wrap it around his face to keep his head cool or otherwise he would die.

Also when he goes to the bottom of this cave kind of thing to find nothing useful he has to get up - so he climbs about 10 meters and the camera guy stays there. How did he get up with his equipment?

Total crap and I'm probably gonna delete rest of the series without watching them. Recommend something similar with bigger interesting factor to make this beat turn into a brag. I've watched all episodes of PB, OZ and Lost recently and would like to watch some stuff like this where I could say "WOW" every other minute. This man vs nature crap wasnt it.

BEAT: wasted 40 minutes of my life and got pissed

lol, it's man vs wild. and if u want something more realistic watch Survivorman. It is well established that man vs wild is fake and a poor attempt to be entertaining.
