Default Gymless for a few weeks.

I'm stuck without a gym for the next week or two and am looking for some way to work my arms w/out weights. Really just want to crank a bicep curl or two, this is frustrating.

Ideas?

I have to deal with this often enough when I travel. Diet becomes uber-uber important here. It is tougher to eat well when traveling (always in restaurants).

Pushups in the hotel room are a must for me (if it has no gym). I also do a variety abdominal crunches, lunges and a few other body weight type exercises. I'll swim if I can, but the pools are usually too small for laps. I never travel anywhere without my running shoes. I love to run and running lets me get out to see places that I have traveled to that I might otherwise never see.

I picked up a copy of this and thought it was worth the price. Sure you can probably get all of this for free if you do enough searching on the net but it is convenient to have it in one place. I'm still on the beginners routine and it is kicking my ass.

Yep, the convenience is cool.

The book I had of Ross's, I think called The Underground Warrior, surprised me by having things in it I didn't know about, and I had been reading about bodyweight exercises on and off since I was a pretty young kid. The guy really did deliver value.
