Ongame: Rakeback, Bonus and both

I am confused by all different offers through ongame network.

There are theses 7PP bonus and 5 PP bonus. How do they compare to rakeback ?
We can have Rakeback and bonus too.

I didn't payed yet on this network and try to understand what to choose. Is there an anwesome link explaning all that stuff ?

For example when I read : "You will receive 0.10 in points for every $0.10 in rake from pots that you have contributed money. For example, if the rake at your table is $0.90, everyone at the table who put money in the pot would be awarded 0.90 in points."
What does it mean in rakeback terms ? It is too abstract for me.
