Default 3bet, TPTK AQ; bet Tu?

At time of hand, I bet pretty quick the Tu, but I'm wondering if checking to get a Ri call by TT-JJ is better. Other hands are QQ+ (beat, no point in bettting LDO) and AKs w/ the flush draw. Villain is 23/19/4.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $236.00
BB: $207.25
UTG: $224.25
MP: $317.40
CO: $401.45
Hero (BTN): $311.10

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $7.00</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $24.00</font>, 2 folds, MP calls $17.00

Flop: ($51) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
MP checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $40.00</font>, MP calls $40.00

Turn: ($131) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
MP checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $100.00</font>, MP folds
Uncalled bet of $100.00 returned to Hero

Pot Size: $131.00 ($3 Rake)

EDIT: If called on Tu, what's my Ri play?

If he calls the turn and a safe card hits river (non diamond, non king), I move him in on the river because at this point it looks like hes got KQ as long as he doesnt lead into you on the river.

u guys are kind of deep and u r commiting the rest of ur stack by raising 100 on the turn there ,his range there imo is 22, 77 KQ ,AQ JJ, TT and maybe a couple of flushdraws combos.Checking on turn looks like the best option there.U might get value from KQ JJ TT on the river and u won t loose everything when u are far behind.

i bet less on turn (like 75, folding to a ch/r) or jsut check.
villain is hardly ever calling that bet. hes either ch/r all in with KK/AAsets or hes check/folding 99-JJ.
i dont think villain ever has KQ here.

I like a turn Check. We're only afraid of a K, J on the river.
