Default You\'ve got WHAT?!!

It's a loose $5-10nl game and I'm in the BB w/ 5s,8s and about $1500 in chips. A loose player raises to $30 and there are 4 callers. I decide to take the flop hoping to flop big since this guy would pay me off.

The flop is Qd,6c,7h. I check, he bets $40 and there is one caller. I don't think anyone has anything and I check raise making it $160 hoping to take it down. The maniac calls and the other guy folds. The turn is 9s. I check again. He bets $150 and I check raise again to $600. He calls again.

The river is a 10 I bet $500 and he goes all in (he has me covered). I call figuring, ah hell, he's got Q,8 and we're chopping. Nope, K,J for the nuts!

I like how you call with rags because if you hit you'll get paid off and then you end up (semi)-bluffing into the maniacal fish. Well played.
