Anyone here Know Michael Borovetz?

Hey guys,

I havent posted in a while. But does anyone here know Michael Borovetz personally? Or where I might find him?

I'm working at a hotel in Providence. And he yelled at one of my front desk girls, and lied about being a platinum member, had a fake ID and everything. But I know it was him from TV.

In any case, he skipped out on his room, and roomservice charges, the room service charges alone were almost $500.

At the very least if you guys ever see him around Foxwoods or at another WPT event, tell him he's a dick. He'll never get laid, and punch him in the face.

Any info appreciated.

wasnt the room put on a credit card? if paid for in cash, how can he charge stuff to the room?

Basically he comes in and claims to be missing his wallet. Then he makes sort of makes a "scene" and claims to be a platinum member. Often hotels will do mostly anything for platinum members, including helping them out by checking them in, even without credit cards. He seems to choose girls when approcahing the front desk, which he can yell a bit and intimidate.

So they checked the guy in, and roomservice didnt know there was no credit card assigned to his room, so they served him tons of breafast, lunch and dinner orders over a couple of days, including expensive liqour.

The address he supplied is fake.

This is sort of his MO, we contacted some other hotels, and found him to have a similar outstanding roomservice bill at a Marriot. He did the same thing when checking in.

He left in the middle of the night last night; leaving behind a huge mess in his room. All of his dirty dishes piled in a corner, left behind some porno DVD's, and dirty laundry and crap.

The guy is a con artist. And a creep, he tried to invite one of our concierges up to his room, and even offered her money to come "party"...eew.

Oh yeah, the only cash he actually supplied was a $60 deposit for not having a credit card. which is only acceptable to platinum members. So he stayed in a 4 star hotel for those nights, and all the service charges, and only actually paid 60 bucks.

The guys a creep and scumbag.

I've never done anything like this, or badmouthed anyone in my life for no good reason.

Good luck, you need it when the pokerplayer files a lawsuit against you, because he wasn't the guy who stayed in your hotel.

If he had a fake ID, supplied a fake address, and had a fake story about losing his wallet, how can you be so sure?

While what this person did is very wrong, the OP has also made a serious mistake here. Mentioning this gentleman by name could result in libel or slander.

There are other ways to find someone than to post something like this on a public site.
