Why is this bad news? Players were cheated out of millions and it's bad news that everybody knows about it? I know online poker is some of your livelihoods, but wouldn't you rather it be cleaned up than not?

This story getting out in the mainstream gives the average joe even more reason not to play online poker.

Honestly, this will have a small effect on online poker and if it did influence poker it would be at AP. Dont see how some guy who plays on ftp or prima is really gonna say no i dont wanna play anymore. Do i think its terrible what happened?? absolutely and there needs to be something done about it. Reality is, this will change very little if anything at all.

No, I don't. You can still go wager your entire bank account on a boxing match, just like you'll be able to play online poker. Now, if you're an owner of any of these buisnesses, then yeah, you wont be able to afford that new yacht you've had your eye on. Boo f'ing hoo.
