Bonds Haters: Please post why you hate Bonds

No, it doesn't.

Reasons why for the braindead:

1) O.J. is not the best football player at his position, much less best player in football ever.
2) O.J. was found liable for the deaths of multiple people and significant evidence points to him doing the killing.
3) Bonds is the best player of all time, and if you don't believe that, then he's at least top three.
4) Bonds probably did steroids. Oh no!
5) Bonds is also a jerk. So are 95% of all athletes.

The whole point is you can't simply jjudge players based off of their performance on the field.

Bonds probably did steroids. Oh no!--two parts of this are awesome...the "probably" part and the sarcastic Oh no! part.

How many kids do u think Bonds/McGwire/Sosa might have helped encourage to do steriods? Think it turned out well with all of them?

I personally I don't really care about Bonds or the HR record overall in large part because short of Yankees/Red Sox...I no longer care about MLB as a sport. I used to be diehard and love it as a kid but the whole steroid era and the lockouts etc just turned it into a all around [censored] sport in my view. I know many people worship baseball records blah blah but in my view after the last decade the majority of them have been tarnished and are no longer as meaningful or awe inspiring as they used to be.

I see no reason to admire or like Barry Bonds, but I don't really see a reason to hate him.

He'll break the record and maybe A-rod will do the world a favor and break it years down the road thus sparing us future threads like this. But who cares really.
Sports records aren't what they used to be.
