Calling is a reasonable option with 10-1 implied odds. (more like ~12-1 counting the pot)

I don't think the PT stats are too meaningful here over that small a sample size. For example, how often is he making a pure position raise when folded to in this spot? You probably don't have enough information to assess that. The minraise is kinda goofy; at first I thought this was BB=100.

I'd probably call and check to him and see what he comes out with. I don't think I'd be likely to go too hard at him if I didn't hit a set, but on relatively dry, low boards I would relatively frequently try and take the pot.

i'd usually push here. you have too much hand to fold and i hate playing out of position when you have no idea where you are. i would put very little stock in the low pfr number since if he had just one or two more raises he would be average or kinda aggro.
