Default Bubble Collusion, what will Party do?

After seeing this very blatant collusion, I emailed party saying this is obvious, please close these accounts and refund me at least my buyin.

I think Stars would take the money away from these two and give it to the 4th/5th place players.

They said they'd look into it and respond within 24-48 hours four days ago, so I called today and they said they need more time but likely won't refund me anything. I think I deserve at least my buyin back.

Has anyone else had this situation -- what did Party do?

Is it possible that he is just bad at poker? The first hand was pretty stupid, but not unbelieveable. The last 2 hands didn't seem too out of line. Am I missing something?

I hope party doesn't start banning people for being bad players.

Yeah actually after I posted it I noticed that he might just be awful. The shortstack is always getting helped out which is suspicious, but Party should be able to tell for sure.

If they conclude that these two have played together regularly and know each other, what compensation should I expect?

If Party comes to the conclusion that these players colluded they will confiscate their funds and keep it for themselves. You get nada.

this is a coin flip on whether its collusion, its certainly possible but the LAST thing party cares about are their players, if no one has noticed yet.

what you just did was put a few donkeys under investigation, who will now likely withdraw their money from online gaming entirely, which, in effect, gives you less money...

for the very small chance people would collude in a low limit tourny and do it very poorly, and you were a big hero and caught them? then you still get nada, but a chance to win their money at another game...

so, playing the big hero roll = -EV. good job.
