1) At .5/1 think you can fold. If you're ahead he probably has alot of outs, and I don't think an unknown will be getting tricky often enough to put 2 more bets in.

2) Gotta calldown against a guy with those stats.

First one i would probab just call down after i bet the flop. I think a check behind is ok because of the overcard and the fact that any [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] is not going anywhere.

Hand two is an easy call down for me, too weak to 3bet.

For those that are folding after the c/r (which im agreeing with)....

Do we not like a check behind on the turn?
If not, why not?

both hands villain could have ace, but pot is small and you're playing for chop at best, imo.

You could check behind either of these HU if you strongly anticipate getting check-raised. There are many reasons to call a turn bet on both hands, so I'm more inclined to bet.

hand 1: check behind on turn against unknown and call non [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] river and take a note.

hand 2: check flop against 3 players and hope to get a feecard, as played you call down and split pot.
