Re: Prop bet thread
I have a hard time with food props knowing on the one hand how little I can eat and on the other how much the professionals can eat. Somehow this is entirely unlike, say golf, where there is a huge margin in skills and one can still find an appropriate spot.

Re: Prop bet thread
I'd take the King Lear bet straight up for enough money for it to be worth it to quit my job.

Re: Prop bet thread
That bench press one is intriguing. I weigh 235, also maxing 415. I haven't repped out a set over 5 in about 2 months, but I think I could do the 300 fairly easily. 500 would be tough.
Edit: I think the hardest part about the 500 would be staying up the whole time. I think I could drop 10 pounds for it and be pressing 225 (which I toy with and I'm sure Txredman does as well) 5 times every 15 mins for 24 hours if I could just stay awake. I'd feel brand new after 15 mins. |

Re: Prop bet thread
What is the line on not shaving or getting a haircut for 2,3, or 5 years?
What about walking or running from Las Vegas to LA? I would be willing to take both bets for the right price. |

Re: Prop bet thread
I was thinking about taking 2+ weeks of vacation and starting some kind of bet on renting a car and betting how many miles I could average a day.
If I averaged 700-800 miles a day can you imagine how much the car rental company would flip out? |

NicksDad,
"If I averaged 700-800 miles a day can you imagine how much the car rental company would flip out?" I imagine they would care pretty close to not at all. |
