Default Re: Bodog down?

Um Ragz no. Bodog has made it quite clear that they don't give a shiat about that lawsuit. They were dumb to have used the Enom Inc. in Canada for web hosting because they will listen to U.S. court orders because of U.S. / Canadian relations. They had up until this point completely ignored the lawsuit from 1st Technologies.

All Bodog needed to have done was used a host that wasn't within US jurisdiction and this wouldn't have happened.

Do you really think Ayres cares about this companies lawsuit within the U.S.? How much you wanna bet 1st Tech. will settle for a couple Mill and Bodog will have it's domains back in order?

Ragz don't you think newbodog.com would already be shut down if the U.S. courts had the power to? Nope different host outside of U.S. jurisdiction. Also they aren't gonna change their name. Do you understand how the legal system works ragz? If Bodog operates outside of U.S. jurisdiction then 1st Tech. can waste all the money they have going after Bodog, nothing will come of it. This is how Calvin Ayres has operated his business for quite some time now.
