actors/actresses that you will watch anything if they are in it...
For me, its definitely Ed Norton. If I'm scrolling the tv, I'll instantly stop if I see him on a movie. I don't go to theatres much, but if he is in something that I think is decently interesting then I'll go see it.
To a lesser extent, if I'm flipping the channels and see any of the Farrell/Carrell/Wilson/Vaughn/Stiller/etc. crew in a comedy, then I'll give it a shot. Who is it for you?

I will go with my two most underrated actors. Stephen Rea is consistently terrific, see 'Crying Game', 'V for Vendetta' and 'Citizen X'. Donnie Wahlberg is also a shockingly good actor. He shone in 'Band of Brothers', which was hard to do in such a perfect minseries.

Ed norton is one of the best actors around. i cant think of anybody who is as versatile and skilled as he is. unfortunetly, many of the other actors on your list mostly stink
For actresses, i'll usually tune into a flick w/ natalie portman or jennifer connelly
