Default 25nl - Simple EV?

Villain is readless.

So I left this up to EV.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: $9.85
BB: $17.20
UTG: $13.05
Hero (MP): $24.65
CO: $8.25
BTN: $25.25

Pre-Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.25 </font> , CO calls $1.25, 3 folds, UTG calls $1

Flop: ($4.10) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.75 </font> , <font color="red"> CO raises to $7 and is All-In </font> , UTG folds, Hero

Pot is 13.85 and it is 4.25 to call

Here is the range I put him on:
Board: 2c 7c 9h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 32.959% 31.41% 01.55% 29226 1445.50 { AdJd }
Hand 1: 67.041% 65.49% 01.55% 60943 1445.50 { TT-22, AQs-ATs, Ac9c, KJs+, QJs, JTs, Tc9c, A9o, JTo, T9o }

so I'm being offered 3.26:1

Call?
