200NL BU vs BB double barrel w air

He instacalls flop so i decided he is on a FD or small pp,
so i bet turn, he instacalls, should i bet river? Is this a good spot to double barrel or maybe tripple barrel?

If you double, you need to triple. I'd just give up on the flop though, because he may even call 3 barrels with a K, because he pretty much isn't going to put you on an Ace. Which is why it's so easy to get paid off when you do have an Ace here.

but i normally bet and then quit, i also bet bigger

Normally i bet flop c/f river, but sometimes u should fire a second barrel imho and since he istacalled i thought he were weak and my hand has no sd value anyway.
