Im studying in Cairo this semester and need some help from those who have been here before.

In sha allah my gf will be coming to egypt and there is no way of her staying in my dorm building (haram and all). However these problems compound as it is very hard for me and her to get a room ANYWHERE in Cairo unless it is at the hilton or some equally expensive western hotel. This is not an option financially as I am already shelling out bucks to help her come over.

Basically the question is where can an unwed couple get a room together in Cairo fo' cheap?

Pretend you are married (wear rings). When I studied abroad there people used to go to the semi-decent hotels by Bab al-Hideed (the train station) for this purpose.
