I'd probably reraise here to isolate the shortstack, though I'm uncertain about the bet-sizing. A shove might be good here considering that UTG is most likely set-mining given his action, and if he's playing AK weirdly, you're still even with some nice dead money in the pot.

shove and isolate the short stack, dont let UTG see a flop, which he probably will for only £2.25

If he folds, that's fine for you too since you get heads up with the shortstack with no further betting on later rounds. |
