Default he couldn\'t be ahead here...could he?

1/2 nl 6 max,first hand,i'm in the BB with JJ
the whole table limps,the SB (135 stack)minraises,i make it 18,folded to the sb,he minraises!
what next?

I think he is ahead. Although i dont like his stack size, you cant fold to his minreraise.....so call for set value and fold if you dont hit a J.
