Default High full house, call or fold?

Hey guys !!

This is a live game at a club-type place. $1/$2 blinds. 6-handed, it's fairly deep-stacked with everyone having at least $300. In this hand, I have ~$500 and villian has ~$800.

Villian is a thinking TAG, he is one of the better players at the game. He should be a long term winning player. He is in the BB.

Pre-flop
I'm in cutoff with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. It's folded to me, I raise to $7. Button folds, SB folds, villain calls.

Flop Pot: $15
A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain checks, I bet $10, villain calls.

Turn Pot: $35

Villain checks, I bet $25, villain calls.

River Pot: $85

Villain checks, I bet $60, villain raises to $250, I... wtf?
