If the guy is tipping heavily then the dealers aren't going to specifically look for signs of him cheating, insofar as they are blinded by money. The same thing goes for buying rounds of drinks - if someone at the table is being friendly and buying drinks all the time, I would probably not suspect him of cheating as much as a the quiet nitty guy.
