Moving from cash to 9man sits

I decided to try giving 9man Sits a serious shot,as i did in the past with the 15+1.I decided to do this basically because i’m not that good playing cash games and i seems to not understand when i tilt.Like usually the first losing day is for 12 buyins after 2 week of 2buyin per day.
I’m a 50/100nl reg, tough now I can say I’m not prepared for 100nl.
I’ve a bankroll of 3k.
I’m used to all Sits stuff,played enough 15+1 in the past. Just I’m not used to higher level,don’t know wich software should have,bankroll rule for levelling up or taking shot,etc.
What everyone thinks should I try?
