I don't think he has you beat. I don't see him checking this flop with a set. Turn is kinda weird tho as I think he would raise with the Ace but I don't think I would fold here, not when there's a chance that the fish also has a straight.

Call pre is fine imo, keep fish in + it's a hand that it's fine to call a raise with anyway, even an isolation play. I'd fold the river
