giving free/cheap flops with AA?

If we are sitting on the SB/BB or LP and get AA in the middle of the SnG do we always raise? How do we play against thight players with this hand. Lets say we are at the BB and it's folded to the SB who only call, do we raise if it's a thight player or check and play teh flop? What do we do in LP, raise or just call?

It can get pretty thight around the bubble some times...
