I would 3-bet preflop, especially since this is basically a BvB situation (UTG poster doesn't really count). I think JJ is waaay ahead of his range.
I think a raise is good on this flop as well. |

Is he the type to try and pick up UTG's dead posted money with a wide range here? If so, I like a reraise preflop. If not, calling is fine since his range should be pretty small. Postflop is fine after that.

i like flop call and think you have to bet that turn. so good, IMHO.
