Because the reason your withdrawal is so slow, and the reason they are not responding to emails, is because they lack the ability to due to excess emails from people.

Nothing you send to them is going to make them have less emails to sort through.

If you read well you would know that they are running way behind on emails becuase idiots email them 15 times for the same problem.

Sounds to me a company that can not afford to hire some temps to respond to catch up on the email is in serious trouble. Then they offer a 100% reload bonus while they are so far behind in their emails?

Next I bet they will hire Dutch Boyd as their new cardroom manager.

Ultimate Bet has demonstrated the requisite customer service and financial integrity to become online gaming's next poker spot. However, it's still unclear at this point if they will become "Rakefree." I think investors have lingering concerns regarding sunspots and unpaid cashouts.

I couldn't agree more. I have had a pending withdrawl from longer than the 2-5 business days they said it would take.

I can't stand people or organizations that do not meet commitments, especially where there is money involved.

Can't meet a commitment. Fine. Then don't make it.

Having problems with the site. Fine. Then be up front about it and tell people to expect delays.

But lack of commitment, shoddy customer service, and blatant refusal to give timely responses to customer inquiries are just plain unacceptable.

I really wish I read one of these threads before I deposited money over there.
