Re: Very awkward MTT staking situation - What would you do?

[ QUOTE ] We live like 200 miles apart thou [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] He comes back from the pub. [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] He says thanks, and that he'll take over now. You know he's had 8-10 pints and even though he is an exceptional player, you feel he has drank too much. What would you do when he asks you to log out and let him play? [/ QUOTE ] I'd be impressed that he made it 200 miles to my place and would probably let him play for that reason alone. [/ QUOTE ] I'm guessing these discussions were on IM or the phone... |

Re: Very awkward MTT staking situation - What would you do?
Just to clarify: he was in a different country and we were having these conversations over MSN and the phone. I was using his account so that made it even more awkward. One good excuse that someone came up with was to remind him that if stars copped that we logged in from two different IP's that they might take our winnings.
Thanks Lloyd, it never actually happened but I thought at the time it would purely from the conversations during the txt messages during the night. Just wondered if anyone had a line on it or if anyone had been in the same situation |

Let him play... [/ QUOTE ] i think the conflict is that OP already put X hours into this and is worried that his friend is going to be drunk and blow a shot at a big score, 50% of which would belong to op. |
