All you've told him is you don't have the king... 9s ts js big aces and draws still bet. I'm assuming he's on the come and you have to call, or raise. But his bet is huge....all-in?

Please c-bet flop

I'd imagine a fair amount of underpairs (99-JJ) and some flush draws firing out turn, and if they bet river, you don't really know if they have the best hand, they THINK they have the best hand and are value-betting, or firing with air.

If you're OOP why did you let him go on the flop?

I would bet 60% of pot on flop to see where I am at.
There's a good chance he folds. The prob of A or K occuring on flop is 1-C(42,3)/C(50,3) = 42%. Are you gonna pass every time an A or K flops?

Then ---
If villain c/r I fold.
If he calls on flop, I check/fold on turn.

In your case, YOU are forced to make the decision and that is BAD.

i like it--you can't make a reasonable sized c-bet on the flop without committing yourself. as played call the turn.

I realize it's an overbet, but there's an argument for pushing preflop for precisely the reason heresy mentioned... you have a horrible stack left with which to c-bet. Couple that with the fact that over 40% of the time you're going to see an Ace or King on the flop, and the option to pick up the 450 chips that are out there and increase your stack nearly 15% starts to get more attractive.

Alternatively, and also for stack size reasons, you could opt to slow play here and just call the initial raise. The SB isn't going to call light out of position with two players behind, and the BB isn't a consideration since he'd be all-in if he called. This option keeps the pot smaller against a player who can bust you, and also disguises your hand quite well.

In any event, as played I think you must call the turn bet. Your flop check screams weakness and villain could be making this bet with a lot of hands that you are crushing.
