I typically call flop cr and shove over turn bet. Otherwise just shove flop.

You can't just look at a small hand sample with nothing else and put him on 22 or TT and fold.

The board is pretty dry. So we aren't giving cards to any draws by calling. I call and checkraise all-in on turn.

I don't think you have enough info to not include something like AQ, for example.
