Default Call down with A split pair, J kicker?

MP3 24.4/1.08/1.8 227hds

Hero bets, MP3 calls, Button calls.

Turn: (6.70 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises, Button folds, Hero ??

I've been getting outkicked so many times in these few days... and my monster pairs have been hit by flushed, sets blah blah... all the running bad is making me disillusioned.

So here comes a hand that worries me that I'm outkicked possibly by AK. Should I call down?

Why did you bet the flop?

It would be a better option to check and then raise MP3's bet on the flop?

But given that I made the mistake on flop to donk, should I still have called down on the turn and river?

ya srsly.

as played, i'm tempted to fold because villain's pfr is 1%! over 200 hands and because this line is AA (or AT) pretty often.

What hand range do you put him on after the turn raise and with what degree of confidence?

Aaron, I estimate his range to be AK, AQ, and a small chance of flush draw like QKhearts

grunch
Personally, I would call down, but with those stats it looks like he only raises AA KK or AK. If I trusted those stats enough I might be able to c/f on the river.

c/c every street, or c/c twice and b/f the river.

Flop donk is bad, btw.

Isn't this a WAWB situation with his pfr % being so low? If you're ahead to KK then calling down makes money if you're behind to AA or AK you'll need a varying degree of luck(depending on which holding he has) on the turn and river to win here, but you don't want to be betting for the villain here.

Why is the flop donk so terrible? Is it because of the guy's stats or bad in general?
