Default 6.50 - bottom pair + small FD in dry pot

Villian has just stacked someone calling all in on the flop with a4 on 2 4 7 flop. I know he has a piece of this flop but something along the lines of a weak king.

Good push?

obv I didn't want to just call, but a raise really makes my stack weird for the turn because I'm really going to be committed even if no club, 5, or 4 hit and I'd like to keep some FE and give this villian a chance to stack off to me or collect his bet

I don't think you are committed with no club on turn. If he bets again close to pot on the turn then I can probably lay it down, otherwise check/call a smaller bet.

Your read is that he stacks off with mid pair of 4s, if he has a king he's calling you. That being said, he is obviously somebody who has trouble folding a piece of the board, let alone top pair. Keep this pot as small as you can until you improve; when that happens, double up. If you miss, fold.
