Default Theory - EP in Full Ring

After reading the section A Preflop Strategy in NLHTAP I've started rethinking my starting hand requirements in EP. Assuming you're the first in the pot, effective stacks 100BBish and no reads or stats on anyone, what do you with the following hands in EP in a 9- or 10-handed game?

1. JJ
2. 22
3. 65s
4. A7s
5. KQs
6. AJs
7. AJo

The correct answer depends on the table character.

You would do fine if folded all of those except JJ.

Assuming 1st orbit, no reads, small stakes ....

1. JJ - raise 4xBB
2. 22 - limp
3. 65s - fold
4. A7s - fold
5. KQs - fold
6. AJs - fold
7. AJo - fold

1. UL
2. UL
3. UL
4. UL
5. UL
6. UL
7. Fold!

UL = Usually limp

Fold some of those hands (probably suited ace and the small pair) if you're likely to face a big raise.

Hardly anyone is tight enough in EP or loose enough in LP.

1. JJ - raise
2. 22 - limp
3. 65s -first orbit ? I might raise to develop a loose table image but normally would fold
4. A7s - fold
5. KQs - raise
6. AJs - raise
7. AJo - fold

edit: if dealt 22 UTG I raise or fold
