Default Question: How to videocapture a pokersession?

Does anybody have a handy piece of software i could buy or use to capture the goings-on on my desktop? I'd like to start keeping a videolog of my sessions. I've tried to googlefind answers but they all involve linux knowledge which is greek to me.

I just started using Windows Media Encoder. Don't know how it compares to others but it's free. I used to use camstudio along with instructions for pokeraviDOTcom but the trial ver. ran out on camstudio and they never sent me a registration code.

Using windows media encoder, though, was pretty easy to do and you can record audio with it. A 40 min. vid on high quality settings came out to be 22 megs or so.

Hope that helps.
