Basic Question

I was reading the 10-k of JRC on Sec.gov. I tried searching for the 2006 proxy statement to find executive compensation but I have not been able to do so. Item 11 says the following
"Item 11. Executive Compensation is set forth under the caption ‘‘Executive Compensation’’ in the 2006 Proxy Statement and is incorporated herein by reference."

Any help would be appreciated

Found it. It is form DEA 14A
