32 red autoplay still cheating !

Grrr , this still is not fixed .

last 3 months i deposited 50 everytime got the match ( = 100 ) and let the software autoplay Spanish 21 Black Jack .

I busted 3 times out of 3 flat betting 1$ ( Multihand )

The autoplayer hits f.e. if dealer has a 5 and player has 15 . Or dealer holds 4 and player 13 etc.
I ve double checked the settings for the strategy and everything is entered correctly . The problem is autoplay doesnt seem to care about the strategy settings and plays its own random game ...

Here is the mail conversation till now ( sorry but i was pretty upset when writing it ) :

I ve lost the last 3 months 50 pounds each playing spanish 21 , 5 handed beting 1 $ flat .

Its nearly impossible to lose everything everytime , and now i know why - it is because autoplay makes wrong moves !!!! It buys at 17 when dealer has a 5 !!!!



Im awaiting my funds back i ve lost playing this rigged autoplay - how should i have known this is rigged , all i ve done is controlled the strategy if its set right and it was !!!

Im not dissapointed by the autoplay function - it simply doesnt work as it should !

This is fraud , and now that i have done some searching in Casino Forums , i ve found out that i am not the only one that got cheated by the autoplay feature . So please dont pretend as if you dont know what i am talking about .

I want my money back for all games i used this feature since it didnt play the strategy it showed it will play !

Or is the strategy it uses random generated ???!!!!!!!!



I say nothing about about how the cards are coming or that they aint shuffled right , i say the autoplay feature plays right cards wrong !

If you dont believe me go and view my games .

There are cases were Autoplay took a card when i had 17 and the dealer had a 5 !!!!

Furter he bought sometimes when i had 13 and the dealer something below 6 !

I ve double checked the strategy and its all set right , but autoplay doesnt seem to care about those rules .

I expect you to solve this issue asap as otherwhise i will have to email casinomeister , post threads at 2 + 2 and hope to get you blacklisted .



I am not more than a normal player that deserves the right for fairness . If you denie refunding me those funds i will do everything thats possible to come to my right .

I dont care much about the 100 or 150 pounds i lost because of the autoplay feature but i do care if i get cheated by someone who pretends to do a trustful buisness .

Oh and last but not least , i donrt care who made the software . i have a contract with 32 red , i deposit money to 32 red , and if my money gets stolen because of the software 32 red is offering me , it IS 32 reds problem !

Yes. I've been using it for the 50 match for two months now, and since I'm a person without a life, every now and then I just watch the computer play for me, and I've never seen it deviate from the optimal strategy as mapped in the chart.
