Default Donkey Tricks

SB is playing 49/9/1.13 though 53 hands. My table image is solid - the only two hands I've shown down have been Aces.

Cryptologic - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $224.98
Hero (BB): $260.00
UTG: $38.50
MP: $60.50
CO: $96.50
BTN: $104.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
4 folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $4.00, SB calls $3.00

Flop: ($8) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.50, SB raises to $11.00, Hero???

I see this move so often of these types of boards (e.g. 222, 477 etc.) Am I just supposed to give up every time I have nothing?

Against a better opponent, I like a reraise here. But against a 50/9, you often have little FE and get looked up by a mid pocket pair.

A fold here is a mistake IMO. He could have ATC.

I would call and use my pos to make a decision on the turn.

He doesn't know I have 7 high. I have position in a Bind vs Bind pot against a donk on a scary flop in which I was the preflop aggres.

IMO, this is the type of board a player will bluff raise a c-bet a high % of the time. Call and play the turn.

I don't mind a call or raise with maybe AK, but 67 is just too weak here. Plus if he does somehow have a mid pocket pair he isn't folding it, Zeebo theorem.

People aren't playing back at you as much as you think they are.

Just release the damn hand...man...

Sometimes you just have to.

I dont get the problem here with simply folding?
