regarding cake cashouts after transfers. When I have sent people money (to a brand new account) I have gotten an email from support saying that the person will not be allowed to immediately cash out, but I have yet to hear of people having problems cashing out after putting in some play. (Whereas I have seen many times where UB wont allow people to cashout in this situation even after extensive play).

Cake support is generally awesome so Im sure you could email them and ask what exactly the requirements are for putting in play before cashing out.
