Default 10nl: Playing AQ, Q high flop 220bb deep

Villain seems some what decent, 17/13.
Didn't realise how bad i play untill i looked over this, think i was just really concerned about being deep, and that AQ is historically a big losing hand for me

Betting the turn seems so much simpler.

Do i really want to inflate this pot so much playing deep with only TOPTOP.
Is turn bet/fold if he re-raises big?
Should i bet/call and be looking to get it in on the turn?

After he calls the flop he has a Q, a FD, 45, set or pp. The turn is an easy and automatic bet because you want to protect your hand and get value from worse Q's. If he raises you fold, but only IF that happens. Don't think "Aight I won't bet since if he raises I have to fold". Don't be afraid of what MIGHT happen, cross each bridge as they come. If he in fact raises you can fold since you're behind most of the time and you haven't invested much - you get away cheap. As played I call the river but it's very important you bet the turn in the future here.

There's too many draws to check this turn. I either b/c or b/f - this is really villain dependent. (against a 17/13 I definitely b/f)

As played, you gotta call this bet on the river. He's value betting any queen.

The turn bet is for protection (charging them at least) from flush draws and to get value from weaker Qs and lesser PPs. If he reraises big I would fold, you haven't shown any reason for him to assume you are weak. I'd bet $3 on the turn. River I would not be happy and I'm never sure how to play them when the only draw comes in.
