Default Fantasy Football, how do I resolve this fairly?

I just had a late start auction league and Marvin Harrison went undrafted (everybody forgot about him).

I noticed him first after adding everybodys players online (im commish) and I immediately add him, but everybody has a chance to. Ultimately it will have to go through waivers, which we didnt really establish because it wasnt a normal snake draft so we cant just give the 10th pick the #1 waiver priority, and the 1st pick #10, etc.

How can I settle this w/o everbody getting pissed? Im thinking that I should just lock him so nobody can pick him up.

For the record we had a very deep draft and there is nobody even close to being as good as him available.

You should all be aborted and ashamed to play fantasy football. Other than that, I'm not sure I can help you

Have a supplamental draft where every team gets to draft one week to use Marvin.

Determine draft order randomly.

Undrafted free agent ftw, sucks to be everyone else who forgot about him and didn't pick him up.

Can I join your league next year? I promise fringe players like Marvin, LaDainian and Edgerrin will find a home on my team.

k so far I still think just lock him from anybody picking him up is the best move. The supplemental draft thing is decent but then somebody gets him for playoffs and everybody else gets him for regular season games.

I could auction him off for $$$ but what % of the buyin do you think he would be worth?
