What do you think about this?

UTG+1 was a fish but MP2 quite a solid player as far as i could observe (stats not avaiable, something is wrong with my PT)

Quite obvious i'm beat, i guess, or what do you think?

I'm getting quite 3 to 1 on my money, and I can't be sure if the fish calls, and i can't count full 9 club outs, i guess - i thought alot about it, but i always find here a fold, cause i can be quite sure i have to improve and my aces are not the best hand @ the turn.

And shove in @ Flop is not my style and a bad play i think

I agree you're beat when 2 people call the flop and then its bet and raised on turn when flush card comes.
