I don't see what it can be. If all poker sites go straight, then I'm sure that one of the requirements upon them would be to respect individual state laws. I'm sure there are relatively effective ways for them to confirm where you live, such that the old "give your grandma's address since she lives in another state" wouldn't work like it does for car insurance.

I THINK THAT AFTER IT GETS LEGALIZED, POKER WILL BE GOOD AFTER 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR.

THE SO CALLED FISH ARE CASUAL PLAYERS. CASUAL PLAYERS WHO ARE FISH CAN PROBABLY CARE LESS WHEN ONLINE POKER GETS LEGALIZED. IT GETS LEGALIZED AND THEY'LL SLOWLY COME BACK AT THEIR OWN CASUAL PACE.

If it gets passed what are the odds that the big companies like MGM or Harrahs lobby to make poker legal in all 50 states? That would be a huge revenue loss to them to lose out on the business of 11 entire states. And how ridiculous is it that you would be able to play at Harrahs or MGM live if you live in NV but not online.
