Default Rivered trips, does it change anything?

UTG is 29/12/1 over 180 hands other than that no reads.

Preflop: Hero is MP with K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (9.33 SB) J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.66 BB) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

River: (7.66 BB) K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Vs this guy I think that I fold this pf. I don't think that KQos is very favorable vs an UTG TAG raise. It's close though so it's probably not a big mistake either way.

On the flop and turn I think I play the same. After he caps pf and considering that he was UTG to start with he's probably got JJ-AA,AK or AQ so you're not in real good shape as you're only ahead of QQ. In fact, even though you've got TPGK hu I would say this has got to be a very bad flop for you know. On the river I think I still just call as you're still only beating QQ and now AA. It's more likely he's got one of the hands that beats you and will 4 bet with his boats and perhaps even his straight and may not pay you off with QQ.

jeah just call down all streets for the reason argghhh stated. I dont think i could fold KQo here preflop vs even a tight HJ open.

u can do EV calcs here if u want zinna his range on the river is like TT JJ QQ AA KK AK AQ. If u assume he just calls AA QQ AK and AQ and 3bets the rest raising will still be minus EV ( i didnt do out the math tho), plus sometimes he ll 3bet AQ or AK figuring ud have raised two pair or better by now so u cant have a boat or find a good fold with AA QQ (doubtful).

Oh, I didn't read that it's only 5 handed, I was thinking 6. I don't think it can be that big of a mistake either way though especially vs a pretty tight raiser which villain seems to be.

I would just play it the same.

I would be very tempted to raise the flop but I think given his stats and position, calling down is much better. he's showing strength on all streets and capped oop from utg. Be happy if he shows AA

About preflop

I still think its a mistake. His range in HJ is prolly 8-10%. Try stoving KQo against that range. It doesnt even have 40% eq.

BTW if his range by the river is AK[8], AA[6], QQ[6], JJ[3] and AQ[12]. The only worse hands are QQ and AA and QQ might fold to a raise. If this range is correct, raising the river is pretty terrible.

This is a pretty clear fold preflop. I think AQo would be a marginal 3bet versus this opponent in this spot.

As played, calling all streets is perfect. Definitely do not raise this river.
